Unbelievably incompetent, stole my money. I asked for my account number so I could port my number to another provider. The only way to get your account number is to ask them for it. Someone on the phone told me I had to use the chat box. Nobody responded in the chat box all afternoon. I emailed with somebody and they said they would notify the correct department and get back to me, never did. I finally get someone on the chat and they tell me a series of prompts to follow so I can cancel my account and get my account number, and in the process they ended up making me PAY for ANOTHER MONTH. And then they asked if I was able to make the changes I had wanted to make. I never got my account number and was scammed into giving them more money. WHAT THE F!?!?
Danish Ali fixed my issues quickly and did so with a friendly attitude. You never really know what is going on with chat sessions, but Danish made sure to make me feel comfortable and appreciated. With the use of text style emojis :) and such... he made sure to let me know he was on it and happy to do so. Thanks so much!

I have used the US Mobile service for 2 months now. Their website/app interface is overly simplified that it takes some guesswork to figure certain things out (like Billing, sometimes the system doesn't seem to get that I already switched off auto pay, and kept turning it back on for me), but I am most appreciative of their chat agents. Each one has done their best to help explain and make things right. Most recently I had an issue on their app's analytics being way off from reflecting actual usage, Adil was willing to pass on the word to the product team for me and offered extra data to help me out. Honestly, the app errors and Auto pay issues would have been a deal breaker, but the assistance these agents offered was enough to keep me on a while longer. Hopefully by next month they will fix the issue, it else I would have to switch out...
